Key Stages 1 and 2

Children in Key Stages 1 and 2 are taught a range of core and foundation subjects, in line with the National Curriculum. The core subjects are as follows:

  • English
  • Mathematics
  • Science

Children are also taught the following foundation subjects:

  • Art and Design
  • Computing
  • Design Technology (DT)
  • Geography
  • History
  • Modern Foreign Languages (MFL)
  • Music
  • Physical Education (PE)
