Camden Highline Project
On Tuesday, Year 6 took part in an education day run by Camden Highline, in collaboration with Urban Learners.
They explored Camden Town's industrial heritage through a walking tour before returning to Camden Collective to contribute to a piece of collective artwork. The workshop was funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of Tracking the Heritage.
The children learnt so much about the Camden Highline, which is a new park that is being created above street level on a section of disused railway running from Camden Gardens to York Way, near King's Cross.
Thank you to Alex, Venetia and George for an engaging and informative day. For more information on the project, please see www.camdenhighline.com
